All companions are fictional, AI-generated characters. Any resemblance to real people is coincidental.
4. Not a substitute for professional help
Companions provide entertainment only and do not offer medical, legal, financial or psychological advice.
5. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.
6. Accurate information
You agree to provide truthful information when registering and to keep it up to date.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for unlawful, harassing, hateful or harmful purposes.
8. Prohibited content
You may not request or create content involving minors, non-consent, real persons without permission or illegal acts.
9. No misuse
You may not reverse engineer, scrape, overload or interfere with the service or its security.
10. User content
You keep ownership of what you write. You grant us a license to process it to operate and improve the service.
11. Generated content
Images and text generated for you may be used for personal, non-commercial purposes.
12. Intellectual property
The Character Create AI name, design, artwork and software belong to us or our licensors.
13. Subscriptions
Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand.
14. Pricing changes
We may change prices with advance notice. Changes apply from your next billing period.
15. Refunds
Payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise at purchase.
16. Free features
Free features may be limited, changed or removed at any time.
17. Moderation
We may review, restrict or remove content that breaks these terms.
18. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time.
19. Availability
We aim for constant uptime but do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
